Personal Lines Producer
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Producer to grow and manage a personal insurance book of business. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and confident in generating their own leads, with strong communication skills and the ability to balance sales performance with exceptional client service.

Job Details:
- Position: Personal Lines Producer
- Location: Hybrid remote – Mississauga, ON
- Job Type: Full-time
- Compensation: $50,000 – CA$70,000 per year (Canadian Currency)
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to network and develop own leads
- Conduct phone prospecting, face-to-face prospecting, and advertise through social media efforts
- Generate quotes, cross-sell and up-sell
- Retention of book and providing a high level of service, including remarketing accounts, processing renewals and endorsements
- Provide claims support and advice
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files
Qualifications:
- Must be RIBO licensed
- SigXP experience is an asset
- Applied Rating Services experience is an asset
- Fluent in speaking Polish is an asset
