RIBO Licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Rep

Acumen Insurance Group Inc. – Stoney Creek, ON

$40,000 – $50,000 a year – Full-time, Permanent

  • Handle incoming service calls
  • Maintain portfolio and up-sell/cross-sell with a focus on client retention
  • Review all renewals
  • Accept customer payments
  • Portal entry ( new business & policy changes )
  • Communicate with insurance company underwriters as required
  • MUST BE RIBO LICENSED WITH 5+ YEARS CSR EXPERIENCE IN THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY
  • Experience on SIGXP and applied rating services an asset

Acumen Insurance Group Hamilton Head Office is seeking outgoing and motivated team members for the position of Commercial Lines Producer. They will develop new business insurance leads and nurture existing clients. Relationship is everything in our industry, and emphasis is placed on developing good rapport with clients in order to gain introductions to new prospects and cross sell existing clients.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Ideally 3-5 years’ experience in P& C sales (RIBO Licensed)
  • working towards CIP designation
  • Ideally Commercial background but will offer training
  • With or without portfolio
  • Equity offered
  • Commissions to be negotiated
