Invoicing Clerk

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Insurance policies (both paper and electronic document) for personal and commercial departments
  • Perform general clerical duties (back-up for lunches and holidays)
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner (back-up for lunches and holidays)
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks – training provided
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the office

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in an invoicing clerk role preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • SigXP experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
