Personal Lines CSR
We are looking to hire a Personal CSR. Acumen is looking for an individual who thrives on variety and has an entrepreneurial spirit. This position is suitable for a candidate with prior P&C insurance industry experience or with 5+ years of personal lines related experience.
Job Description
- Must be RIBO licensed
- Minimum 5 years working knowledge of personal lines insurance policies and coverages
- Must be able to communicate well with customers and company underwriters
- Service existing personal lines portfolio
- Quote new business (on rotation basis)
- Upsell/Cross-sell of portfolio
- Process policy changes on insurance company portals
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work in fast paced environment
- Knowledge of SigXP & Applied Rating Services an assent
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
- RIBO license
- 5+ years commercial experience
- Passion for interacting with clients
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player
