     CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT

This is your invitation to our 27^th annual golf tournament.  We have committed $10,000 for McMaster Children's Hospital this year and we need sponsors to help us reach our goal.

There are many ways to support:

1. Attending our fun golf tournament for a great cause!
2. Hole sponsorship with your sponsor name on a sign.
3. Wine/Event Sponsorship.
4. Prize donations.

Sponsors names and/or their logo will be prominently displayed on signs at their designated holes.

Golfers:

Registration opens at 10:00 a.m.; shotgun start at 12:00 p.m.

$200.00 registration fee provides a BBQ lunch, round of golf with cart, three-course dinner, and a prize

Early bird special: Golf foursome for $750.00 (prior to July 31, 2018)

Additional individuals are welcome to attend dinner for $60
